André Gobeil joined Technorm Inc. in 2010. Along with his consulting team, he conducts building compliance analysis related to the applicable regulation in fire safety, specifically the Quebec Construction Code, Chapter I, Building, and the Quebec Safety Code, Chapter VIII, Building. He also carries out technical assessments in the field of architecture.

André Gobeil has close to 40 years of experience and is recognized as an expert in building regulation and compliance. He has appeared in court on several occasions as an expert witness.

Since 1995, he is a trainer and a lecturer in the field of building codes and standards. He has taught many professionals such as members of the OAQ, the Corporation des officiers municipaux en bâtiment et en environnement du Québec (COMBEQ), the Association de la construction du Québec (ACQ), the Corporation des entrepreneurs généraux du Québec (CCQ) and the Association provinciale des constructeurs d’habitations du Québec (APCHQ).
